re-purposed wool blankets, re-purposed domestic lace much of it hand made, re-cycled linen damask, wool and cotton foundation cloths, reclaimed wedding dress, silk ribbon, perle cotton, lace making thread, glass beads, sewing and quilting threads, bamboo batting, backed with linen damask and cotton designed by marimekko, layered onto foundation fabrics by hand, hand stitching, hand embroidery, hand quilting, made with community assistance as part of the manitoulin community circle project 92” x 92” (233 cm x 233 cm), 2013.
